Wanted to tell you guys that your product is amazing.  It was a short film a friend wrote, but never got around to shooting.  It was the perfect dry run of your software, and to see how easy or difficult it is to through together an animatic/previs.  It was incredibly easy.

This a short animation I made of a leprechaun trying to sneak some food from a pub. I made it to test out iPi Soft's motion capture software. 

I used one Kinect camera for the video. All of the animation was done with motion capture (except for him climbing onto the counter) using iPi Mocap Recorder and Studio. I had to record in a small space, so I had do a bunch of small animations and stitch them together (you can see the transitions). It is modeled and rendered in Blender. I'd like to improve the fluid animation as well as render out a higher resolution of the video (Just this small resolution took 4 days to render). 

Anyway, I'm very happy with iPi Soft's program, it is an easy to use yet quite powerful, an unbelievable solution to motion capture for those on a budget. The possibilities with something like this are tremendous!

All of the animation for the lizards was mocapped using the free 30 day trial of iPi Studio. The motion capture was executed using 4 Play Station Eyes. Small adjustments were made to the mocap data, using Maya, so as to ground the lizards to the irregular ground plane used in this scene. The lizards' tails were later animated in Maya for added realism.
